No Medical Advice

VaxxTrack does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information shown in the app, including vaccine reference information, is derived from publicly available guidance published by recognised health authorities and is provided for general reference only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for decisions about your health.

No Data Collection

The developer of VaxxTrack does not collect, receive, or have access to any of your data. Specifically:

• No personal information — name, gender, date of birth, contact details, or similar — is requested or collected.
• No account or sign-in is required to use the app.
• No analytics, tracking, or advertising technology is used.
• No data is sent to VaxxTrack's developer or to any third party. VaxxTrack has no backend server of its own; the only place your data is synced is your own private iCloud account, described below.

Where Your Data Lives

The vaccination records and reminders you enter are stored only:

• locally on your iPhone, and
• in your own personal iCloud account, if you have iCloud enabled on your device — using Apple's private CloudKit database, which only you can access with your Apple Account.

No one else, including the developer of this app, can see or access this data.

Importing Data

If you choose to import a data file from a URL, a file, or pasted text, that action is initiated entirely by you. VaxxTrack only downloads the specific file you provide and does not share that URL, its contents, or any other information with anyone.

Notifications

Reminders you set are delivered as local notifications generated on your device. No reminder content is sent to any server.

Your Control

You can export or delete your data at any time from within the app. Deleting the app removes all local data; iCloud data can be erased from within the app (Profile → iCloud & Storage → Erase iCloud Data and Start Blank) or via your iCloud settings.

Children

VaxxTrack is not directed at children. It collects no information from children, and none from anyone else either.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the update date above will change accordingly.
